Rusty Dunn

After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in geophysics, Rusty worked for 35 years in oil exploration/production. After retiring he read the book “Halftime” and wanted to move from Success to Significance. One of the Halftime Ministry leaders recommended Dave Jewitt and the YOD process. Several months of working through Dave’s thoughtful questions and coaching, led him to fully embrace who God made him to be and gave him a clear direction for his life.

Over the past several years he has helped Dave schedule and conduct OneDegree workshops in his community, coached men through the process, and has been active in all aspects of fly fishing… fly tying; fly casting, teaching, and actually fishing!

Tom Ingram

Tom Ingram is the husband of Nancy and the father of Alissa & Emily.  His career (prior to engaging in the YOD experience) was dedicated to leading and growing organizations in the television and music production industry.  These opportunities ranged from small independent production facilities to managing production services for a national cable television network.  Concurrent with these pursuits, Tom has been deeply involved with local church leadership and ministry.  Tom's YOD journey began in 2006 and he has been coaching since 2007.  As a consequence to Tom's YOD experience, he recently completed an MBA in Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree in Semiotics and Future Studies.

Andy Goddard

Andy Goddard worked for 30 years in the electronics manufacturing business, founding and leading several companies in the U.S. and Asia.

While Andy thrived on bringing new organizations and technology to life and had seen a great deal of success in the business world, his passion for the corporate life diminished, and his desire to reach out to others and achieve significance increased. Andy realized that God was directing him along a new path and has spent the past 7 years coaching others with a variety of personal and business backgrounds. He served as Director of Coaching for Bob Buford’s Halftime organization for a year before embarking on a solo venture as an executive transition coach and board member with Your One Degree. Current work: Associated with Your One Degree since January, 2008; Applying coaching principles with young men at a church in our area.  Hobbies: Hiking, fly fishing, motorcycle riding.  From YOD, I’ve learned that I love to study, analyze and distill big concepts down to manageable parts. I urgently want to see the kingdom of God advanced in my town, in my neighborhood here and now. I can’t and won’t be a perfect coach because I’m not in to details.

Let’s learn the concepts and expand our hearts for what God can and will do.

Doug Welsh

For 25 years I was a great sales guy. Small companies. Then big companies. Then global conglomerates. Great jobs. Great money. Then as I approached 50, something began changing inside. At 52, doing whatever it took to ‘do the deal’ almost completely left me. So I jumped off. I met Dave Jewitt who introduced me to the One Degree process. It changed my life. It can change yours.

Dave Jewitt

Both inside and outside the workplace, Dave has consistently functioned as a mentor and guide for hundreds of individuals over the past 30+ years.

Dave has a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Richmond and spent 25 years in the aerospace industry with three companies negotiating large contracts for computer technology and aircraft components.

He led numerous projects, managed departments, and helped these organizations be more effective and efficient.

Over the past 2 decades, the focus of Dave’s time has been invested in coaching, leading workshops, and developing the Your One Degree process.

Barbara Saler

A small frame sits on my desk (and has for over fifteen years) with the words, "Everything I endure is designed to prepare me for serving others more effectively... everything."  Your One Degree put all the pieces together--the things I was drawn to, the things that were so-so as well as those "On, no...not that again things.  Looking at the big picture, I could see this is not by accident.  It is by God's design.  Those words in my little frame touched me many years ago and today even more so because of Your One Degree.  I now look at everything differently... everything!
