 What is "Your One Degree" (YOD)?
Of the 360 degrees on a compass, Your One Degree is that one focused direction, your particular purpose, that God has placed you on earth to pursue and accomplish.
Process: The One Degree process is a coaching relationship that guides you through written exercises to help you discover and steward your unique DESIGN (who God created you to be), leading to Your One Degree.
Vision: That men and women boldly utilize and leverage who they are for God’s glory, resulting in maximum kingdom impact.
Mission: To guide men and women to discover and steward their unique DESIGN and live out their One Degree, particular purpose, for God’s glory.
Purpose: The ministry of Your One Degree has been established to help men and women avoid aimless wandering, unproductive busyness and the resulting pain; so that they can accomplish what God has for them and finish well.
